How Circleway handles your calls

Circleway matches you with one other real person and schedules a purposeful 1:1. This page explains what happens once you confirm a meeting.

Every confirmed call is recorded and analyzed

This is a condition of using Circleway's matching service, not a per-meeting or per-user choice — there is no opt-out toggle. When both people on a call have confirmed (whether you confirmed it yourself or Circleway auto-scheduled it), the call is recorded and an AI (Gemini) analyzes it afterward. This is how Circleway learns what mattered to you and suggests a next step, instead of leaving a good conversation to fade.

What the analysis does — and doesn't — infer

Analysis is limited to observable signals: what was discussed, what was decided, what a good follow-up would be. It never infers emotion, attraction, anxiety, confidence, romantic interest, or someone's "true feeling." The raw video is deleted automatically once analysis finishes — Circleway keeps the distilled memory, not the recording.

Controls you do have

  • Review "what we remember" about you in Settings, and mark any fact Right, Wrong, This-changed, or Too-private.
  • Delete a specific meeting's recording and analysis.
  • Export your data or delete your account at any time, from Settings.

What you can't do is turn off recording/analysis for one call while staying matched — Circleway's relationship intelligence depends on every confirmed meeting being analyzed. If that's not something you want, Circleway isn't the right fit yet.
